To come -- By plane: The nearest airports are in Paris, from there you will have to reach "Gare d'Austerlitz" to take a train to Orléans. There is also an airport in Tours (100km) which has low cost flights run by Ryanair, but public transportation to Orleans may be complicated. There are also "collective taxis" that pick you up at the terminal and drive you to your destination in Orléans -- By car: Orléans is at the node of several highways going from Paris to the south west of France (Toulouse A71, Bordeaux A10, Spain) -- By train: There are regular trains from Paris and Tours and a few trains from other cities in France (e.g. Nantes, Lyon). There is also a night train from Madrid and Barcelona. Note that there are two train stations in Orléans: most intercity trains will only stop in Fleury-les-Aubrais which is located about 4km north of the city center.
